Dylan Bednarz - New Jersey Institute of Technology
The New Jersey Institute of Technology boats 130 years of offering
higher education and research opportunities to students from around the
world. Dylan Bednarz, a chemical engineering student and New Jersey
native, is a proud member of the student body. With only one year left
before obtaining his bachelor’s in the engineering program, he is one of
the many students in enrolled in one of the 128 undergraduate and
graduate level programs that the school has to offer. With 98% of the
faculty holding the highest degree in their field, students have the
opportunity to learn from some of the most impressive experts in their
fields.
With an impressive level of diversity, ranking number one in engineering degrees awarded to Hispanic and African-American students, NJIT is an excellent representation of a vibrant and diverse workforce that students will one day assimilate into. Laboratory directors have a great deal of responsibility in their

student in his senior year at the New Jersey Institute of Technology has
seen first- hand the type of work that goes into ensuring a lab is run
smoothly. After participating in research and development projects at
his university he plans to continue his education in pharmaceutical
engineering and will see a great deal of lab work throughout his career.
A highly qualified laboratory director has little trouble
securing employment. With some of the more obvious tasks of overseeing
operations and supervising staff comes the inherent risks involved if
there are dangerous substances or complex tasks often associated with
groundbreaking research. The burden is only higher in these
circumstances, and having a qualified director can make all the
difference in the research and development that takes place in the lab.
These
directors must adhere to government regulations as well as maintain
budgets and meet research goals within the company. Maintaining
confidentiality is also a concern, including patient confidentiality and
quality control. These workers are often highly trained and valuable

After attending the Middlesex County College where he learned business management, Dylan Bednarz found himself in a middle-management role, being responsible for a relatively large staff. When you find yourself in a manager role without proper experience, you often rely on your instincts. This can be a mistake. Most work environments will be similar in the sense that a proper relationship between the new management and the staff will have to be earned. Probably on both fronts, but more so on the side of the manager, especially at the beginning.

Without the staff, nothing would be done, ever. The staff have to feel that they are important cogs of the machine, which means that praising them when they are doing their job well should become a habit

Dylan Bednarzon the Positive Effects of Playing Sports in School
During his elementary school and high school studies, Dylan Bednarz
has participated in just about any available sports, including
basketball, track, and baseball. Playing sports in school has undeniable
benefits, as various studies have shown.
Health
This one is obvious. Hundreds of studies have proven that on average, people who grow up playing sports tend to become healthier adults. It has something to do with learning to enjoy being active, as opposed to becoming sedentary, and staying that way for prolonged periods of time.
Social Skills
Sports usually give confidence to those who practice them. The everyday interaction – especially if it is a team sport – creates opportunities where children will improve their social skills, even if they don’t realize it. They learn to talk to others in a more effortless way, their words flowing with the conversation. A shared passion such as a sport can create camaraderie and team spirit, both of which are excellent for developing good social skills.

Owning more than 100 pairs in his vast personal collection, Dylan
Bednarz is an avid shoe collector who had his fair share of problems
with limited storage space. Ideally, you build a huge closet and that’s
that. But that will probably require a considerable amount of money, and
